Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you are not, you can return or exchange your product within 7 days of the purchase date.


Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
Timeframe: Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
Item Condition: Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags still attached.
Ineligible Items: The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Final sale or clearance items.
Items with visible signs of wear or use.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required to complete a return or exchange.


How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return, please follow these steps:

Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your item(s) back.
Package the Item(s): Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including the RA number and proof of purchase.
Ship the Package: Mail your package to the address provided using a trackable shipping method.


Shipping Costs
For Returns/Exchanges (Change of Mind): The customer won’t be charged at the time of pick-up. Please refuse to pay if the pickup person asks for it and declines to hand over the package.
For Faulty or Incorrect Items: If the item you received is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will cover the return shipping costs.

 

Refunds and Processing Time
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Processing: Please allow 15 business days for us to process your return and issue the refund after we receive the item(s).
